    Content is the new CRUDE!

    Take it or take it, content runs the world of commerce. Without great content, how are you going to make money?

    As a celebrated songster, you need to keep dishing out great content week in week out in order to keep your fans fresh and abreast of your lifestyle. In the banking industry, new content in form of products are introduced to keep the customers never wanting but to stay glued. Even in the house of God, new messages are preached every week because of the freshness that people craves for. 

    The truth of the whole epistle is, CONTENT IS THE NEW CRUDE!

    Without content, celebrity like TuFace, Dbanj, Drake or anyone else would have gone into extinction. Content kept them alive…I mean, they are relevant today because they newer stop creating new content for the world to consume. 

    But my question to you is, why did you stop creating content for your TRIBE?

    At this stage of your life you need to start looking for business partners. Not friends.

    Ten years from now those friends might vaporise into thin air…

    Ten years from now your business must be generating active and passive income for you…

    Why do people leave your MLM company ? 

    Theee are a few reasons: one is very typical, they are told they can make a truck load of money in a week, which is pretty stupid as most companies don’t pay out weekly and if they do it is mainly a signing bonus.

    It is advisable that if you so much desire to keep your people around for a long stretch of time, just tell them the truth.

    MLM TRUTHS THAT NEEDS BE TOLD

    1) This business is simple but not easy. If it was easy everyone would do it.

    2) You do have to work at it, and no one will build it for you.

    3) You will get more NO’s than YES’s, and most of the NO’s may come from your family and friends. 

    4) Yes you do have to be coachable and be willing to learn.

    5) And truth be told, you can make a lot of money, or you can make a little money, or on the rare occasion loose money. People who loose money are the ones who don’t do anything and blame it on everyone and everything. 

    If you are new to MLM or are thinking of joining, please be prepared for a hard road ahead, but it gets better, just keep working. The road map towards success in this industry is following the hard path. 

    And leaders, help guide them through the process, but don’t run an adult daycare.

    Work hard until it pains you because not doing so even pains much more. Don’t be fooled by thinking working smart is only the pathway to success. Not adding a little bit of #hardwork into your workforce could jeopardize the whole thing. 
    Worksmart and as well work harder because that’s only pathway to instant riches and wealth. 

    Don’t be lazy thinking you’re working smart because being smart means you’re doing things differently in a lot simpler ways and yet getting much more results than others who are doing it the same way known to everyone. 

    Smartness is all about working harder and do not mistaken it for laziness.

    ​Have been to several places all across Africa. Tasted lot of delicacies. Mixed with different tribes and experienced different kind of cultures. Africa is gifted with differs of cultures, tribes, languages, delicacies, and above all, creativity and innovative thinking.

    It is not today that we’ve been hearing of greater goods that many Africans are doing beyond the unmatched walls of our continent. From the East to the West, South to the North, the continent is filled with highly intellectual being.

    In fact, a common animal on an African land thinks creatively (if not, it will soon fell prey to the hunter or other higher predators in the jungle). God has blessed the African nations with so much that the outside world are just too envious of.

    Among these blessings is Songhai community situated in Porto Novo, Benin Republic. This ancient settlement comprises of all things human being would ever wanted to have. It is a multipurpose natural park boasting of its own manufacturing facilities.

    Based on my finding, there’s nothing imported into the Songhai community, otherwise, they produce and exports goods out to other parts of the country and the rest of the world.

    What is it you’re looking for inside Songhai community that you won’t see? I wonder what that could be, maybe a car, lately I am yet to see them manufacturing automobiles but everything else are in the pipes.
