Most people have no clear direction on how to manage money. They buy things they don’t need, mortgage their way through a lot, and fail to believe in their personal ability to liberate themselves from a financial fall. These negatives beliefs and attitudes towards money keeps over 70% of the population of every country in the lower ranks of the economy, with a heavy dependence on their government. Your ability to differentiate between need and want is the bedrock to financial freedom /management. Every body WANTS a car, but every body NEEDS to eat (i wonder if you can drive effectively while starving). Why get a car out of starvation when you are not even sure being able to to fuel it, not to talk of its maintenance (thats obviously a liability). Try being prudent on every thing you spend your money into and believe me, you will gain financial freedom, sooner than you can ever imagine.
