Politic is Dirty But PVC Will Clean It Up.
Okay, you hate politics! It is dirty trick played by dirty politicians.
Oh yeah, you are right if that’s what you think. I was served with the same dish while I was growing up and that has so much inspired a first class hatred for politics at all levels.
Unfortunately, they never told us we could choose to be clean instead of playing in the mud of this act.
So, at this stage of my life, I choose to tell the younger ones and the upcoming generation the truth about politics, and that is:
– You can be the light even when everybody’s chooses darkness.
– You can effect change in your community by deciding to #GetInvolved instead of seating on the fence.
– You can stop the blame game when you are involved in impacting the change you seek in your community and nation.
– Nobody can do it better than you, yes. I mean, nobody can make the right decision or challenge the people in power to do it better than you. You have to stand up and be counted amongst the few with big ? to make a change.
– To #deliverthefuture of the #NewNigeria, you have to reclaim your #POWERTOVOTE, and that’s your #PVC
I have learnt some basic truth lately at this stage of my life, and they are my guiding angels ?. These truth has kept me going and helps me differentiate the good from the bad, and they are:
– Basic political knowledge and practice is required in every aspect of human life. Be it in your family or at your place of work. You need a little bit of political masterstrokes to get ahead in life.
– Politics can only get dirty when you decide to play your game in a dirty way because the truth is, what you sow is what you will reap. If you don’t see the office as a do or die affair, hardly would you want to kill, bride and lie to get there. But because many politicians see it as a safe haven to riches, they had to win by all means. Until you begin to see political offices as an avenue to serve and be useful, we cannot derive any real value from it and it would prevent credible people from coming out to run…and mind you, that’s the major plan of the elites against the commoners.
– Politicians always commands less respect from me until they do what they say they’d do. I am not moved by what a politician would do when he/she gets to the office but what he had done before he gets there.
Change begins with us.
