Welcome to 25/12/2014 and the GREATEST TRAGEDY to be avoided is in Matthew 25:12.

“But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.”

The verdict above was to the five foolish virgins who were denied eternal rest with Jesus because they were found unworthy and unknown to Him. This verdict landed them in tragic end of eternal weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The greatest tragedy in life is not to die young.

The greatest tragedy is not in living in abject poverty.

The greatest tragedy is not to be uneducated nor uninformed.

The greatest tragedy is not to remain barren nor unfruitful.

The greatest tragedy is not to be disabled, disadvantaged or disgraced.

The greatest tragedy is not to die unknown or unsung.

The greatest tragedy is not in the gravity of your miseries, misfortunes, mistakes or misadventures.

The greatest tragedy is not to suffer incalculable losses or die in cold blood.

The greatest tragedy is not in unrealized dreams nor unfulfilled potentials.

The greatest tragedy is to be unknown to Jesus and be denied eternal rest with Him.

The greatest tragedy is to think you know and serve Jesus but only to be found unknown and unworthy because of your sins.

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” Matt.7:21-23

To celebrate Christmas in your sins makes you unknown and a tragedy to Jesus now and in eternity.

O Lord let me live a life well pleasing to you so as to be worthy of your acknowledgement and eternity with you in Jesus name.

TO BE UNKNOWN TO JESUS IS THE GREATEST TRAGEDY OF LIFE

Merry Christmas God’s acknowledged one‎
